An opportunity has arisen for a 1.0 FTE Senior Lecturer in Clinical Skills and Simulation within the School of Health and Life Sciences.

As Senior Lecturer in Clinical Skills and Simulation, you will be an experienced clinician and/or clinical academic, with a strong interest in clinical education. You will be responsible for the development of and contribute to organising and delivery of innovative approaches to simulated learning and clinical skills within pre-registration nurse education, our paramedic science programme, and wider healthcare teaching portfolio. As you will be leading the delivery of the simulation agenda in pre-registration nursing an expertise in teaching clinical skills, coaching students, and running clinical simulations is highly desirable. You will work with our programme teams and practice partners to support transition of simulated learning to applied practice placement environments.

You will be based at either Paisley or Lanarkshire Campus but will be required to work across all UWS Scottish Campus locations.
