In January 2019 we commenced delivery of our new Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship (RNDA) in Mental Health Nursing and are now seeking to further enhance our team with the addition of this latest opportunity. Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in student and apprentice experience both on campus and in practice based clinical environments whilst supporting the innovation and development of the programme through effective partnerships that bridge theory and practice, working seamlessly across organisations.

As a professional enabler and registrant role model, you will work autonomously to support apprentices achieving the NMC standards of proficiency and education and be instrumental in supporting the evaluation of the our apprenticeship programme and offer.

To be considered for this post, you must have current NMC registration as an Mental Health professional which will be underpinned with significant post qualification experience in practice. You will also possess a relevant postgraduate qualification and significant experience of delivering relevant teaching within Higher Education or vocational training and development. With a commitment to lifelong learning and continuing professional development in nursing practice you will also possess or be willing to work towards HEA Fellowship.
