We are currently seeking appropriately experienced and qualified sessional staff to support the delivery of our next neonatal nursing training courses during 2017-18. The courses will commence in early 2017 and will develop neonatal nurses at the Da Nang Hospital for Women & Children and the National Children’s Hospital in Hanoi. The proposed delivery pattern is in four blocks, of two-week duration spread over ~ 8 months.
Your contribution as a Lecturer will span the 2-week period and you will be expected to deliver the agreed taught & practical content of the training course. You will work alongside our Course Lead or Assistant Course Lead who have experience of the environment of delivery.
If you have experience of leading neonatal education programmes within a UK HE environments, we would be pleased to consider you as the Assistant Course Lead but you must be able to commit to at least 2 visits within the duration of the course schedule.
Our training courses are delivered in local university and/or hospital premises with the support of excellent translators and enthusiastic Vietnamese nurses.
You will be an experienced neonatal nurse with an education background, familiar with teaching content at the equivalent to UK FHEQF Level 4 enabling nurses to demonstrate the appropriate knowledge and skills for neonatal care. Experience in travelling and teaching overseas would be advantageous.
