The Division of Nursing in the School of Health Sciences is one of London’s longest-established providers of health care education and delivers high quality undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. With the support of East London NHS Foundation Trust, the Division is seeking to appoint an experienced academic as Reader or Senior Research Fellow to join the vibrant, innovative team in the Centre for Mental Health Research. He or she will lead a programme of world-leading or internationally excellent research in mental health practice and mental health service delivery to contribute to high quality patient care; and will generate research grant income.

The successful candidate will possess a doctoral degree and wide knowledge and experience of mental health services. Experience of leading and conducting world-leading or internationally excellent research and a commitment to the delivery of excellence in education are essential.
