Professor in Cancer Survivorship

Salary – Band 1 Professor – within the range of £54,765 to £59,828 per annum
The University of Suffolk is a new and ambitious institution with a well-established track record of delivering high-quality academic programmes in health and a growing research profile.
The University is seeking to appoint an ambitious and experienced academic leader as a Professor in Cancer Survivorship to assist the School of Health and Sports Sciences in building a strong, sustainable research culture and to produce outputs which positively impact the lives of those who are seeking to live well with cancer.
Cancer survivorship has been identified as one of the School’s research priorities and the successful applicant will be required to work with a multi-disciplinary team to lead this area within the University’s Institute of Health and Well-being research.
The appointee will have substantial knowledge in the field of cancer survivorship, leadership and a track-record of successfully securing research funding.
