A vacancy has arisen for a qualified 1st level Registered Nurse to provide a lead role in supporting, from an educational perspective, Nursing Associates Apprentices based in a social care setting. Acting as the project lead for increasing engagement with apprenticeships within social care establishments you will be involved in recruiting, supporting the social care sector and ensuring national quality standards are met to provide high quality student experience.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in nursing and will possess a mentoring qualification in addition to significant experience of working in a clinical role at Band 5. You must have experience of placement audit and report writing, current experience of supporting junior staff plus strong communication and organisational skills.

The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.
