We are seeking a motivated individual within the practice environment to provide support and guidance to all involved in the provision of practice education for students in the School of Health Sciences (HSC). You will work in partnership with clinicians and other stakeholders to develop and enhance effective mechanisms for student support, teaching and assessment in practice. You will scope new potential placement opportunities, explore new ways of offering learning experiences in practice (in partnership with current providers) and inter-professional learning opportunities in the practice environment. You will also contribute to the quality of the existing learning environment by ensuring all placement areas have a current educational audit. You must have a relevant qualification in a healthcare profession as well as a current registration with either the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), and will have experience of working in a health or social care environment.

The post is available immediately on a full time, fixed-term basis for 18 months. Secondments will be considered.
