A vacancy has arisen for a qualified 1st level Registered Nurse to facilitate delivery of the Trainee Nursing Associate programme within the North East and placement planning. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of Trainee Nursing Associates, facilitating trainee progression, maximising placement opportunities, supporting academic delivery and providing clinical leadership, coaching and guidance throughout the programme.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in nursing and will possess a mentoring qualification in addition to significant experience of working in a clinical role at Band 5. You must have experience of placement audit and report writing, current experience of supporting junior staff plus strong communication and organisational skills.
