The School of Health Sciences is a leader in the field of healthcare education, health policy and performs world class research. Due to growth, the School is seeking to invest in a Lectureship in Nursing, on a three-year fixed-term basis, to support and develop its vibrant programmes.

You will contribute to the delivery of high quality education with a focus on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Nursing. An integral part of the role involves supporting students in practice and working with placement provider organisations to ensure high quality learning experiences. You will also be the Programme Link Director for the Return to Practice Programme and Programme for Overseas Nursing (adaptation), contribute to the development and delivery of mentorship provision for health care professionals and contribute to other programmes and activities across the School and University.

To be successful you will be on the NMC Register, with a qualification in Nursing and a recognised qualification in education. A higher degree and a record of world-leading or internationally-excellent research are desirable.
