An exciting opportunity has arisen to join part of an established forward thinking team of academics, committed to delivering the highest quality teaching and support to our students, in providing midwifery education within Birmingham.
We are seeking an enthusiastic midwife with some knowledge and experience of teaching in the HEI setting and possesses or is currently working towards a PGCert, leading to NMC practice educator registration.
You must be highly motivated, well organised with good communication, IT and skills. The role will include working closely with midwifery mentors, establishing your clinical link/personal tutor role and providing pastoral support for our students.
On appointment the post holder will help the team to develop and engage with new innovative learning and teaching methods and participate in midwifery and health related research.
