Joining the Community Health Academic Programme in the School of Health Sciences you will have up to date knowledge of contemporary public health policy and practice, predominantly contributing to the teaching in BSc (Hons) Public Health and other undergraduate degree programmes
We are committed to creating an interprofessional and multidisciplinary approach and have a philosophy of engaging in partnership work. You will have a Masters/PhD in Public Health, or related subject, or be committed to studying at a higher level. A teaching qualification or committed to obtaining a professional education qualification would be required.
If you have a PhD or Doctorate and can supervise at this level, you will have opportunities to develop as the university has an active programme for supporting early career researchers. The postholder will be based in Falmer (Brighton). Regular travel to other university sites will be required, including Hastings where the 2nd and 3rd year BSc Public Health course is run. Job sharers welcome.
