Salary:Starting salary for Senior Lecturer £38,511 – £45,954 pro rata per annum with further progression opportunities to £50,200. Starting salary for Lecturer from £32,277 – £37,394 pro rata per annum with further progression opportunities to £40,847

The Faculty of Health and Social Sciences (HSS) is central to this vision, working closely with practice partners to prepare and develop health care and social work professionals to provide high quality care. This role is based in the physiotherapy team and offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within BU and with external partners in developing an excellent student experience.

You will be qualified to Doctorate level or, alternatively be able to demonstrate the ability to create and disseminate knowledge through evidence of the development of professional practice at a senior level and the capability to convert this knowledge into a doctorate. You must be registered with the Health Care Professions Council and have relevant practice and teaching experience.

You will facilitate learning mainly across the BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy programme and to some extent in the Continuing Professional Development programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. However there will be opportunities to engage with colleagues across the Faculty and University to develop new courses in health and wellbeing at post graduate levels and to take forward the research, professional practice and education agenda.
