If so, we are looking for someone to join us at this exciting time in the health sector as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy. You will have a PhD or equivalent and hold an HCPC registered first-level qualification in Physiotherapy. You will have a profile of developing academic and professional leadership skills and a recognised ability to motivate and inspire others. As a physiotherapist, you will demonstrate a passion for physiotherapy education that has the potential to make a difference and to enhance the practice of others. We will offer you opportunities to develop skills in supportive opening learning, curriculum development, research and scholarship.
The physiotherapy curriculum is being developed jointly with a partner HEI in Scotland, which will necessitate regular visits to Edinburgh to support this development.
