The Department of Allied Health Professions runs a full time HCPC validated/CSP accredited B.Sc.(Hons) Physiotherapy programme and a range of related undergraduate, postgraduate and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes.

The department is seeking a suitably experienced physiotherapist who can demonstrate particular experience in Exercise, Health and Wellbeing. A strong understanding of promoting health and managing long term conditions via Exercise, Health and Wellbeing principles and interventions is essential. An ability to demonstrate previous university and/or practice based educational experience is also required.

Responsibilities will include teaching and marking, module leadership, an academic and personal tutor role, research support for undergraduate students, clinical visiting, and being part of the physiotherapy team in curriculum development and quality monitoring. Input to the B.Sc. (Hons) Physiotherapy and CPD modules will be expected.

The applicant will need to be registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist.

This is a 0.6FTE, part time post. Salary range £33,199-£50,132.
