The Faculty of Health and Social Sciences (HSS) is central to this vision, working closely with practice partners to prepare and develop health care and social work professionals to provide high quality care.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to delivery at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in nutrition and behavioural psychology based units, primarily on the MSc Nutrition and Behaviour but also the BSc (Hons) Nutrition and other health related programmes. You will be engaged in research and knowledge exchange activity including innovative CPD, short course activities and develop personal areas of scholarship and professional expertise.
You will be qualified to Doctoral level, and applications are encouraged from academics with research experience in the areas of behavioural psychology and nutrition, have a teaching qualification or experience in teaching and be keen to engage in further developments in research related aspects as part of a wider portfolio of health and wellbeing provision in the Faculty. You will also be a Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, or show potential for acceptance onto the register.
