The Department of Health Sciences has an exciting portfolio of education and research. We continue to develop and expand the courses and as a result of positive increase to student recruitment we are seeking to employ a number of lecturers/senior lecturers in Adult Nursing to help us achieve our ambitious targets.
We are looking for individuals who have a range of experience of nursing adults with different settings and who are committed to partnership working with service users, carers and other members of the health and social care team. You will have experience of working with students and will be able to inspire them to excel through positive role modelling and innovative teaching.
Current registration with the NMC and either completion or working towards completion of a master’s degree in a relevant subject are essential. You must be a member of the Health Education Academy (HEA) or have capacity to obtain membership within 12 months of appointment. On appointment you must be prepared to register and study towards a doctorate if you do not already hold one.
Lecturer: Grade 7 (£34,506 p.a. upwards)
Senior Lecturer: Grade 8 (£39,974 p.a. upwards)
