The School of Health and Social Care is seeking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic Academic Course Leader/ Senior Lecturer to prepare for, and deliver the exciting new BSc (Hons) Nursing (Mental Health) programme in Sept 2018. As a Mental Health expert you will also have the opportunity to drive the development and contribute to Social Care modules to ensure currency of mental health delivery across the School.
You will need a good clinical background and evidence of delivering pre-registration nurse Mental Health education. You will work closely with the Academic Subject to deliver the vision for nurse education at University of Gloucestershire.
Experience of previously undertaking course/programme leader responsibilities, curriculum development, and substantial experience of teaching will be considered an advantage. An enthusiasm to embrace change, work as part of the innovative nursing team and become involved in the growing research profile of the school is essential.
