Appointment to Senior Lecturer will be dependent on significant experience in curriculum design and delivery, as well as a doctorate or demonstrable equivalence in professional experience and status.

You will be required to contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of simulation-based education and clinical skills utilising a broad range of simulation-based education strategies. The post holder will be committed to promoting academic enquiry, helping develop critical thinking in students by supporting safe, effective and evidence-based practice. The School is committed to inter-disciplinary simulated learning and the successful candidate will further enhance these developments. The post holder will be expected to teach a range of core clinical skills across professional health care programmes, this will include student assessment.

You will be enthusiastic and driven to improve the lives of service users, their carers and their families. You must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council/HCPC, educated to Masters level and have experience of developing and delivering simulated learning. You must also be committed to providing the very best student experience.
