An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term (35 weeks), part-time (13hrs to 23hrs) AC2 Lecturer to cover maternity leave at Lanarkshire Campus within the School of Health and Life Sciences.

The successful candidate will ideally have previously taught subjects including Sport and Exercise Psychology, Coaching, and Research Methods and be well versed in contemporary learning methods.

The successful candidate will join a progressive team of individuals in delivery of undergraduate degrees in Sport Coaching and Sport Development within the Division of Sport & Exercise.

The successful candidate will be based at our Lanarkshire Campus with some scheduled activities at our other campus locations.

The School of Health and Life Sciences is a multidisciplinary School, with a diverse range of programmes delivered at our Lanarkshire, Paisley, Ayr and London campuses with a combined total of circa 6000 students. Teaching and Research is at the heart of all of the School’s activities, with NSS teaching scores at 100% in some of our Undergraduate programmes and we are looking to build and diversify from the success of REF2014.
