Salary Range:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated physiotherapy lecturer who has experience and expertise working in sport and exercise settings to join our national Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE) winning Physiotherapy team.

You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience innovatively, delivering clinical and theoretical learning, teaching, and assessment across our undergraduate provision. Depending on your experience, and prior level of study, you may also contribute to post graduate education and Faculty/University wide interprofessional opportunities. You will also be involved in wider programme delivery, curriculum development and supporting students as a personal academic tutor and visiting students and educators to provide support and guidance in practice settings.

You will work collaboratively with our service user and carer group and with our students to continually improve and develop our programmes and to develop research or business ideas and opportunities. As a new member of staff, you will be mentored by an experienced colleague and be supported to develop your academic career.

We welcome applicants who have a BAME or personal background which supports the diversity of our student cohorts and offers positive role modelling for future careers in physiotherapy.

If you currently work in a clinical setting and wish to continue to do so on a part-time basis, we are open to negotiating flexible or part time arrangements.
