Sport, Health and Exercise Science is a growing subject area within the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Hull. As the academic lead for our proposed postgraduate programme in Physiotherapy (pre-registration) you will develop the academic curriculum, liaise closely with accrediting bodies, engage with external stakeholders including service users and employers, and provide teaching support for complimentary programmes within our portfolio. The post will involve the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students, including work placements and dissertations. You will be based in our dedicated facilities within the Don and Washburn Buildings. You will be an experienced academic with curriculum development experience, and have an established research portfolio. You will hold a Degree in Physiotherapy and be accredited by a relevant professional body (HCPC, CSP or equivalent).

The availability of state-of-the-art equipment and facilities supported by dedicated technical staff provides numerous teaching and research opportunities for staff and students. You should have good organisational, inter-personal, and communication skills, a student-centred approach, and have a passion for research and enterprise activities as well as continued professional development.
