Sport, Health and Exercise Science is a growing subject area within the Faculty of Health Sciences at The University of Hull. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced musculoskeletal Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy to work with the Physiotherapy Course Leader and NHS partners to support the curriculum development and delivery of the BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy programme. You will develop the academic curriculum and provide teaching support for complimentary programmes within our portfolio. The post will involve the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students, including practice placements and research. You will be based in our dedicated facilities within the Don and Washburn Buildings. You will be an experienced academic with curriculum development experience, and have an established research portfolio. You will hold a PhD (or other postgraduate qualification) and be registered with the HCPC.

The availability of state-of-the-art equipment and facilities supported by dedicated technical staff provides numerous teaching and research opportunities for staff and students. You should have good organisational, inter-personal, and communication skills, a student-centred approach, and have a passion for research and enterprise activities as well as continued professional development.
