Using your established expertise and proven portfolio of research and/or relevant industrial experience, you will be expected to contribute to the development of the recently launched School strategy through a number of core areas such as teaching, research, knowledge exchange, business engagement and associated administration activities.

In addition to your knowledge of Operating Departmental Practice related subjects you will have a First Degree in a relevant Discipline (or equivalent professional qualification), or significant practical experience. If you do not currently hold a PhD you will be supported by the School to achieve this within 6 years. You must also be willing to achieve a relevant Teaching Qualification normally within two years of employment such as PGCHE/Higher Education Academy (Associate Fellow/Senior Fellow) accreditation.
