Bangor University School of Healthcare Sciences is offering an exciting opportunities for aspiring or experienced Lecturers to join our team. As part of our current ambitions and growth we would like to recruit to a Lectureship in Healthcare Sciences (Rural and Community care). Available at Grade 7 or 8 this post provides an opportunity for both experienced candidates, and those with less experience who may benefit from a ‘First into Teaching’ programme of development.

The appointee will have opportunities to contribute to teaching and learning across the School’s portfolio, including at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Those appointed on the Teaching and Scholarship track will be supported to lead innovation in teaching and learning, including in clinical practice. All candidates should have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and possess a Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject area. The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
