In this role you will contribute to teaching, research, knowledge exchange, enterprise and business engagement in the Department of Life Sciences. You will be expected to deliver innovative, engaging and effective teaching through a range of delivery styles including distance learning and team based working. You will undertake Research and Scholarly activity, including the creation of novel ideas and concepts and will contribute to the University’s income generation through enterprise, consultancy, and other business engagement activities.
You will have a First Degree in a relevant discipline/equivalent professional qualification, or have significant practical work experience. You must also hold a PhD in a relevant discipline or will be willing to achieve this within 6 years of appointment.
