The Faculty of Health and Science is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Lecturer in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with current experience of practice within the CBT sector. They will have a primary role in supporting the delivery of our postgraduate advanced practice of CBT programmes, including the IAPT/BABCP accredited provision. We are looking for someone who is able to provide a range of evidence based innovative approaches to student learning and to also contribute to the further development and delivery of continuing professional development programmes.
Successful experience of training cognitive behavioural therapists plus group facilitation/ experiential learning is essential for this position. The successful applicant will need to have sound knowledge of the current position and requirements for regulation of cognitive behavioural therapy in the UK.
This post is advertised as 1.0fte although job share applications are welcomed as it is recognised that up to date practice is part of professional body requirements for registration.
