The School of Health and Life Sciences is a multidisciplinary School, with a diverse range of programmes delivered at our Ayr, Dumfries, Lanarkshire, London and Paisley campuses to a combined total of around 6000 students.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer in Health-related Biological Sciences to join the School, where teaching and research are at the heart of all of the School’s activities. The ability to contribute to module and programme development will be integral to this post, along with engagement in wider academic activities such as research, consultancy and CPD. Undertaking research, development and/ or scholarship to enhance teaching will be encouraged.

As the successful candidate, you will join a progressive team of individuals currently supporting delivery of our undergraduate and postgraduate biological sciences and health provision within the Division of Biological Sciences and Health. You will have previous experience of delivering modules/programmes within this field, and be practised in contemporary teaching, learning and assessment methods.

The post will be based at Lanarkshire Campus, and report into the Biological Sciences and Health Division.
