We are currently seeking a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic Adult Nurse lecturer with a masters’ degree in a relevant subject area and a PhD or commitment to towards doctoral study completion. As an experienced practitioner with a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council you will have an integral role in learning, teaching and assessment of modules within the Adult Health Discipline Group. You will also contribute to the local, national and international research and knowledge exchange activity in Adult Healthcare within the Institute of Healthcare Policy and Practice.
You will have excellent communication and IT skills, experience in teaching in Higher Education and provision of distance learning modules and online support with a strong focus on continuing professional learning. A teaching qualification and evidence of research activity would be advantageous.
In addition to your contribution to the development of the Adult Health Discipline Group, you will contribute to the broader work across the School in its achievement of strategic aims within the new Corporate Strategy.
