Oxford Brookes University is seeking to appoint an experienced, effective and inspirational leader to become Head of Wellbeing, which forms an integral part of the Directorate of Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) http://www.brookes.ac.uk/asa/.

The Wellbeing team aims to promote a culture of wellbeing within the University that enhances the emotional, physical and spiritual development of students and staff.

The role involves providing strategic direction and support for the delivery of high-quality, responsive Wellbeing services to meet the needs of the University’s student community across the following areas:

  • Counselling
  • Disability Advisory Service
  • Dyslexia/SpLD Advisory Service
  • Ecumenical Chaplain
  • Student Transitions and Engagement
  • Senior University Warden
  • Non-Medical Help Team
  • Mentoring Team
