We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational leader to lead the University’s School of Nursing and Allied Health in the delivery of the School’s strategic business plan and key performance indicators in line with the University’s strategy. You will be responsible for a team of Associate Heads of Schools, Associate Professors and other academic staff and you will establish a School leadership team that delivers an outstanding student experience and educational excellence.
In order to strengthen and showcase its health-related activities, the University is establishing a new Institute for Health and Social Care to coordinate all health and social care activities across the University and to serve as the focal point for all external health and social care-related matters and strategic engagement.
You will be courageous, innovative, bold, passionate, commercially minded, possess excellent communication skills, with a track record of successfully leading an academic team in health and social care.
