The Faculty of Health and Social Sciences is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic postdoctoral researcher to contribute to a recently funded project. Based in the Department of Nursing and Clinical Sciences and working closely with the Head of Department this is an opportunity for a competent researcher to undertake work in the area of nursing leadership for digital health innovations within residential care environments, specifically on the LAUNCH Project.

The project will involve exploration of nurse leaders’ experiences with digital health technology and the experiences of other users, such as residents and their family. You will have demonstrable research experience including experience of patient and public involvement and need to be self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative as well as in a team. You will need highly developed communication skills.
