Liverpool John Moores University is seeking an inspirational, innovative and enterprising academic to develop and deliver excellence in teaching, research, commercial outputs and through our international strategy to develop a sustainable future for the Faculty of Health.
The Pro-Vice-Chancellor will provide strategic leadership and vision for the Faculty, which comprises the School of Nursing and Allied Health, the School of Psychology and the Public Health Institute.
Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor, and as a member of the University’s Executive Leadership Team, this is a key position and will take forward agendas on health and well-being across the university and on representative agencies across the city region.
This is a time of opportunity and challenge in higher education and we need a senior leader who will seek to draw the Faculty together and work alongside the rest of the academy, taking cabinet responsibility to drive change throughout the university. The Pro-Vice-Chancellor will have excellent academic credentials and experience of senior strategic and academic leadership.
