The University of Hertfordshire is seeking to appoint two module external examiners to ensure that our assessment and academic standards are being met. The modules form part of the BSc (Hons) and MSc in Contemporary Nursing programmes. The post qualifying modules requiring external examiners include advanced assessment top to toe, minor illness, minor injuries, V300, research methods, return to nursing and leadership modules.
All applications are welcome from experienced external examiners educated at MSc level and ideally with a clinical background in the modules listed. All applicants must have a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Please apply with a brief expression of interest including any relevant clinical interest and/or academic experience. Please provide a current CV. On-line submission is in place so most scripts can be viewed via our managed learning environment Canvas.
External examiner positions to commence September 2019 for four year tenure.
