UWE Bristol, Faculty of Health and Applied Sciences, is seeking for Field External Examiners in the Department of Allied Health Professions to start in October 2020. The post will be for 4 years and includes the need to attend various examination boards.
The following subject areas require Field External Examiners to represent a range of academic perspectives in Allied Health Professions. Please note, your final portfolio may require you to cover modules beyond these specific professional areas:
- Paramedics (portfolio is likely to include modules at DipHE, BSc and Degree Apprenticeship level)
Essential: Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council
Essential: Registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health and Care Professions Council
- Physician Associate Studies (MSc)
We particularly encourage applications from members of Black and Minority Ethnic communities, as this group is currently underrepresented among external examiners.
