The School of Nursing and Health Sciences, University of Dundee is seeking to appoint an External Examiner for our Return to Practice – Midwifery course. Dependent on workload, the successful candidate may also be required to examine other post qualifying modules including research and dissertations.
The University requires that External Examiners have qualifications at least equivalent to the Programme being examined, so the successful candidate will possess a Masters Degree. Applicants should also have a teaching qualification recorded with the NMC.
Please be aware that the NMC requires external examiners for Nursing and Midwifery programmes to possess current registration on the appropriate part of the NMC Register.
Dependent on workload, the successful candidate may also be required to examine other post qualifying modules including research and dissertations.
All appointments will be from 01 January 2018 and will be initially for a three year period.
