The Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education is seeking to appoint several external examiners for the acute/critical care, maternal and child health, psychosocial interventions, professional development/ advanced practice, community and integrated care and mentorship pathways within the BSc and MSc Healthcare Practice programmes. The term of office will commence from September 2015 and tenure is for four years.
These post-qualifying workforce development programmes are validated by St George’s University of London and include a range of specialist clinically focused pathways. Details of our workforce development modules can be found at http://www.healthcare.ac.uk/workforce-development/. Most modules within these programmes are available at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and the appointed examiners will review comparable modules from both programmes.
An induction to the course and university processes will be offered.
