The University of Dundee is seeking to appoint an External Examiner for our Non-Medical Prescribing Module which is delivered at the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) Levels 9 and 11 (QAA equivalent Levels 5 and 7). The successful applicant will also be asked to undertake some post-registration and/or postgraduate examining such as relevant dissertations.
The University requires that External Examiners have qualifications at least equivalent to the Programme being examined, so the successful applicants will possess a Masters Degree. A recordable teaching qualification is also essential for this post.
Please be aware that the NMC requires external examiners for Non-Medical Prescribing programmes to possess current registration on the appropriate part of the NMC Register.
All appointments will be from 1 May 2018 and will be initially for a three year period.
