The University of Central Lancashire is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified academic to act as External Examiner for the MSc Safeguarding in an International Context. The successful applicant must have relevant knowledge of safeguarding practice. The course consists of modules from across the university faculties and is aimed at anybody who needs more knowledge about safeguarding. It attracts a variety of students, including health, police, social work and NGO’s. The External Examiner will be expected to attend the programme assessment board, consider student work and contribute to the overall assessment process.
