Bangor University is seeking to appoint an External Examiner for our MSc pathways and modules. This post will involve external moderation of work relating to several modules of study at level 7 including modules in Leadership, Advanced Practice, Public Health, Dementia Studies, Research Methods and the Dissertation Module. A new validated programme for Mental Health Practice is expected in September 2019.

As usual the successful applicant will be expected to attend at Boards of Examiner meetings (usually two examination boards per year in May and October) and completion of an annual monitoring report.

The post requires that external examiners possess a Master’s degree or above, it would be an advantage to have current NMC registration.
