The post will require consideration of portfolios and assessments related to several modules of study.
Year 1: Patient-centred Nursing Practice (40 credits)
Principles and Practice of Health Research 1 (40 credits)
Improving Care through Leadership and Education (40 credits)
Year 2: Nursing Practice in Context (20 credits)
Principles and Practice of Health Research 2 (20 credits)
Improving Services through Leadership and Education (20 credits)
(Year 2 modules are assessed through one synoptic assessment)
The appointment is to commence early 2020.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced academic staff. The successful applicant will be invited to attend an induction day prior to commencement of the role.
Responsibilities include: commenting on draft assessment guidelines, commenting on draft examination papers, reviewing samples of students’ work, attending meetings of examiners (up to two per year), and submitting an annual report.
