We are seeking to appoint an external examiner for the MSc Management in Health and Social Care within the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, Oxford Brookes University. This programme is delivered both in the UK and in Hong Kong through a flying faculty arrangement.
While experience of trans-national education would be desirable, the role can be carried out by academics with general knowledge of management in health & social care and quality assurance.
The appointment is from January 2021 for a term of four years. External Examiners are required to moderate assessments, attend examination committees (online for the time being), and to complete an annual report. External Examiners are also requested to provide comments on proposed modifications to modules and the development of new modules, within their area of expertise.
