We are seeking to appoint an External Examiner for a portfolio of intensive care and critical care modules within the Continuing Professional Development and Advanced Practice. This includes intensive care modules at levels 6 and 7 and modules within the Advanced Critical Care Practitioner Pathway within the MSc Advanced Clinical Practice programme.
Our interdisciplinary post-registration programme and its pathways are designed for those working at or towards the role of ‘Advanced Critical Care Practitioner’ or another similar role and includes nurses and allied healthcare professionals.
Assessments are varied in their structure and include written assignments, examinations, posters, professional conversations, and grading-in-practice.
The post will be effective from 01/07/2019.
Applicants should hold appropriate academic qualifications; preferably have previous experience of acting in the role as an External Examiner and have a background in Clinical Practice.
