The Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care, an Associate College Partnership with the Oxford School of Nursing and Midwifery, Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, Oxford Brookes University and Swindon College, is seeking to appoint an external examiner.
The successful applicant would be appointed with effect from September 2020 for a term of four years.
External examiners are requested to attend Subject Exam Boards each semester (three times per year) at Swindon College and to complete an annual report. Once a year the External Examiner is also required to undertake a visit to placements. External examiners are also required to provide comments on proposed modifications to modules and the development of new modules within their area of expertise.
