External Examiner for MSc Counselling at the University of Worcester

The Department of Psychology from the Institute of Health and Society at the University of Worcester is seeking an External Examiner for their MSc Counselling course.

The University requires that external examiners have qualifications at least equal to the programme being examined, therefore must have:

  • A Master’s degree in counselling or related area;
  • Been employed (or are still employed) within a university appointment;
  • Not have been a University of Worcester examiner within the last five years;

The role requires external moderation of assessments, attendance at the Boards of Examiners and completion of an Annual External Examiners Report.

Programme details will be provided to the appointee and a full induction day will be offered. The Course Leader and module team are also available to provide additional support.
