The University of Central Lancashire is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified academic to act as External Examiner for the NMC accredited mentorship programme, Certificate Multi-professional Support for Learning and Assessing in Practice (MSLAiP).
The successful applicant must be registered on the NMC register and have relevant experience of working in Health Care settings as well as teaching on a mentorship programme. He/she will work with our existing External Examiners to review a number of modules within the Mentorship programmes. This will include modules delivered at both level 6 and level 7, along with the non-credit bearing portfolio assessed module.
The External Examiner will be expected to attend the programme assessment board, consider student work and contribute to the overall assessment process.
