BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation
The Division of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Sciences is seeking to appoint an External Examiner for the BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation course commencing in autumn 2018. The successful applicant will work with our other current external examiners to quality assure the undergraduate provision.
The External Examiners will work with the Department to assure the assessment process, and will have the opportunity to observe practical assessments, visit clinical placements, and review coursework. Examiners are invited to attend Subject Board meetings (held in February, June and September) to consider student work and contribute to the overall assessment process.
You will be required to write an annual report in consideration of process and student work, and as part of the University of Nottingham’s quality assurance mechanisms.
Ideally you will possess a higher degree, hold a relevant current professional registration, and demonstrate a relevant academic career. Previous experience of external examining is not a requirement, but would be preferred.
