You would be asked to review work by students on a range of nursing, advanced practice, community and mental health modules and dissertations.

External Examiners are also asked to undertake related activities, such as reviewing exam papers and new assessments. Depending on workload, the successful candidate may also be asked to examine other PQ modules.

The University requires that External Examiners have qualifications at least equivalent to the Programme being examined, so the successful applicant will possess a Masters Degree and should be NMC registered.
