We wish to appoint a new External Examiner to our BSc Operating Department Practice, BSc Intra and Perioperative Practice and the MSc Managing Care in Perioperative Practice programmes.
The term of office will be for four academic years commencing with effect from September 2019 and applications are invited from Senior Lecturers, or above, who have registered status with the Health and Care Professions Council or NMC registered nurses with suitable experience in the perioperative field
Please note that external examiners are required to engage with assessment of both theory and practice elements of the programme. They should also attend a minimum of one examination board per year and will be invited to meet with students and mentors.
