Salary Range:

The University of Derby, School of Nursing and Professional Practice is seeking to appoint an external examiner to the above course for an interim period of 1 year. The BSc is a three-year full time programme. Students who successfully complete the course are eligible to apply for entry to the NMC register as Registered Nurse in their specific field of enrolment. The successful candidate will be asked to attend approximately 2 academic boards per academic year and meet with students/practice once a year. The successful candidate will be offered an induction programme and will be supported throughout the duration of their tenure. The term of office for the successful candidate will be for a period of 1 year from May 2021.

For expressions of interest please send a current CV to T.Critchlow@derby.ac.uk (Theresa Critchlow Programme Leader Children’s BSc) Please also contact me, Nicola Hindmarch, N.Hindmarch@derby.ac.uk, if you have any questions about the role.
