Our friendly team requires an external examiner for the BSc (Hons) Nursing Top Up programme. This programme is based in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences within the Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing.
It is desirable that the external examiner holds a current registration with the NMC. The appointment will be for 4 years, commencing September 2019.
The following core modules will be included in the external moderation duties:
NUR311 Preparation for Mentorship
NUR304 Law and Ethics in Healthcare Practice
NUR307 Dissertation
The programme has two assessment boards per academic year in Sunderland and two at our London Campus, which the External Examiner will be expected to attend.
